Harvest Table Feast Competition – Terms and Conditions

 

  1. The Promoter is: Century City Conference Centre and Hotel (Pty) Ltd (company no. 2013/141780/07) whose registered office is at No. 3 Energy Lane, Bridgeways Precinct, Century City.
  2. The competition is open to residents of South Africa aged 18 years or over except employees of Century City Conference Centre & Hotel or Square Cafe and Wine Bar (SCWB) and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.
  3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
  4. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

  6. Multiple entries from the same person are allowed.
  7. Closing date for entry will be 03 May 2020. After this date no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
  8. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
  9. The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows:
    To stand a chance to win one of 10 Harvest Table Lunches for four any time during the remainder of 2020, use the SCWB Facebook or Instagram accounts to tell us who you’d like to share this moreish experience with, and what you’d most look forward to enjoying if you won a lunch (minimum entry requirements). More details of how you can stand a better chance of winning are available via the SCWB Facebook or Instagram entry processes.

  11. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
  12. The Promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
  13. The prize is as follows: 10 X SCWB Harvest Table Lunch vouchers for a maximum of four pax at each of the 10 sittings (i.e. total 40 pax each win a Harvest Table Lunch voucher, 4 pax maximum per sitting) including one soft drink per person (no alcohol included), redeemable Monday- Friday (When Harvest Table Lunches are served) at any time during the remainder of 2020 when possible.
  14. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
  15. Winners will be chosen at random by software, from all entries received and verified by the Promoter and or its agents.
  16. The winners will be notified of their prizes by the Promoter or its agents by email/phone within 28 days of the closing date. If any of the winners cannot be contacted, or do not claim their prizes within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from these uncontactable winners and pick replacement winners.
  17. The Promoter will notify the winners when, where or how the prizes can be redeemed / collected.
  18. The Promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the Harvest Table Lunch Competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  19. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  20. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by South African law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
  21. The winners agree to the use of his/her/their names and images in any publicity material, as well as their entries. Any personal data relating to the winners or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current RSA data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

  23. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
  24. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter or any other Social Network. You are providing your information to Square Cafe and Wine Bar and not to any other party.   25. Century City Conference Centre and Hotel (Pty) Ltd (company no. 2013/141780/07)’s decision as to those able to take part and selection of winners is final. No correspondence relating to the competition will be entered into.
  26. Century City Conference Centre and Hotel (Pty) Ltd (company no. 2013/141780/07) shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to the company’s webpage.
  27. Century City Conference Centre and Hotel (Pty) Ltd (company no. 2013/141780/07) also reserves the right to cancel the competition if circumstances arise outside of its control.
